Whole Life Leadership Coaching

For individuals navigating transitions, burnout, creative blocks, grief and loss, identity shifts or values drift. I draw on somatics, yoga, IFS parts work, community herbalism and an equity lens to integrate mind, body, spirit and system. We begin with an intake process — two in‑depth, exploratory conversations to surface your aspirations, challenges and context. Together we co‑create a development plan tailored to your desires, then move into a bi‑weekly cadence of 60‑minute sessions that fits your life and nervous system. Between sessions, you’ll have support via phone calls, email and shared documents so you’re never left alone with your questions.

Sliding‑scale rates are reserved for individuals hiring me. If you’re an organization or have access to professional development funds, I invite you to pay at the standard rate so that I can make my services accessible to others. Nonprofit rates are available on request.

Executive & Leadership Coaching

For senior leaders, executives and founders facing organizational or team challenges. I bring everything from my whole‑life coaching plus executive‑specific tools: 360 feedback instruments, leadership assessments, organizational development frameworks and strategy/change management methods honed over more than two decades. We’ll typically begin with discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to understand your context and aspirations, followed by assessments and feedback debriefs. Coaching sessions occur bi‑weekly; between sessions you’ll have access to me via email or phone to integrate insights and address emerging issues. Packages are customized based on your scope and goals.

Leadership Intensives
